Team Lead (Operations) - Triesen, Liechtenstein


As a Team Lead in our fast-paced Operations department, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. We are looking for an experienced and driven professional who can effectively supervise the day-to-day operations of our company while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them achieve their goals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high-quality work output
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Develop strategies to meet operational targets and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular training sessions for new team members and ongoing development for existing employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and time management for the team

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within an operations or similar environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with diverse groups of individuals from different backgrounds is preferred
