Teamlead - Operations Manager


As an experienced Teamlead in the operations field, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Train new team members on processes and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role in operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of biometric passport regulations is preferred but not required
