Head Pastry Chef


We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Multan. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry kitchen, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation. You will also be in charge of managing and training a team of pastry chefs and ensuring the highest quality of pastries are consistently produced.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry recipes and menu items
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
- Ensure all pastries meet quality standards and are presented beautifully
- Train and supervise a team of pastry chefs, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for events or special occasions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing pastries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
