Land Surveyor - Contract Position (Pakistani Candidates Only)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports for various construction projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and techniques
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Prepare detailed reports and maps for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of survey data
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project requirements
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national with valid residency in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and construction plans
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or GIS is preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position located in Riyadh. Please note that accommodation will not be provided.
