Head Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team in the city of Remish. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create seasonal menus and daily specials that showcase fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Passion for creating innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food cost control measures and understanding of profit margins
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef or higher position
- Valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English
