We are seeking an experienced Indian Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Salary:

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an adjuster
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Valid work visa or willing to obtain one with our sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from various sources
- Analyze policy coverage and determine liability of the claim
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other relevant parties throughout the claims process
- Negotiate settlements within authority limits or refer to superiors when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all claim activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
