We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Pula. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning and cutting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machines and be able to read technical drawings and blueprints. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role. This is a contract job with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine settings
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and machine tools
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with Fanuc or Haas controls preferred
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
