As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives. Your main duties will include providing guidance and support to team members, coordinating project tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English and Filipino (preferred)
- Willingness to work full-time without prior experience

Responsibilities:
