Team Lead for International Recruitment (Malayalee/Filipino preferred)

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our international recruitment team in Ufa, Russia. Our company specializes in providing job opportunities for Malayalees and Filipinos, and we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in either of these languages. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters and ensure the successful placement of candidates in jobs that do not require English proficiency.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with employers to match suitable candidates with available job positions. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team members to ensure they meet their individual recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in international recruitment, preferably in the Malayalee or Filipino job market. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in either Malayalam or Tagalog. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work well under pressure.

This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with free accommodation and a work visa. We also provide a free ticket to Ufa upon successful completion of your probation period.
