Architectural Designer


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Ufa. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet all requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and layouts for various architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the progress of projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and codes
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1500$

Location: Ufa (Preference for Pakistani or Canadian candidates)
