Administrative Assistant
Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Organize travel arrangements for team members
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Customer service oriented with a professional attitude
