Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. Your role will involve working closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of features and functionality. This is a full-time job without accommodation, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds including Indians, Filipinos, and English speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing user-facing features using modern web technologies
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and develop new features
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes to ensure the smooth functioning of web applications
- Ensuring high performance of applications by optimizing code and implementing best practices
- Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of full-stack development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js
- Strong understanding of server-side languages such as Python, Java or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (React Native/Flutter)
