Entry-Level Fitter
As an entry-level Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components according to engineering specifications. You will use various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials such as metal, plastic, and fiberglass. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. You will work closely with a team of experienced Fitters to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about mechanics and eager to start their career in this field.

As an Entry-Level Fitter, you must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Previous experience in a similar role is not required but would be considered an asset. We are seeking someone who is willing to learn on the job and has a positive attitude towards their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (candidates of Indian nationality preferred)
