Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and patterns, as well as providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments within the company to gather data, create reports, and communicate findings.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to predict future outcomes
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of analysis results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in SQL, R or Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear manner

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai (open to candidates from any nationality)
