Head Chef
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Siauliai, ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Develop new menu items that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, recipes, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable establishment
- Culinary degree or diploma preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creativity in developing unique menu items while also maintaining classic dishes
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai (open to candidates from all nationalities)
