Our company is a rapidly growing IT solutions provider, and we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices including computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A+ certification or other relevant certifications are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Washington, D.C. However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the candidate may be required to work remotely until it is safe to return to the office.
