Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and topography. You will also be responsible for creating maps and reports based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Identify property boundaries and measure distances using precision instruments
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate survey results
- Inspect construction sites to verify compliance with specified measurements and plans
- Use computer software to process survey data and create digital maps

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and laser levels
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Valid visa/work permit in Oman (own visa preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
