Online Tutor

We are seeking experienced and qualified tutors to join our growing team of online educators. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual instruction to students of various ages and abilities. This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to work from your own location in Ufa or anywhere else in the world. This job is suitable for both men and women, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities. No English language proficiency is required, as our platform offers translation services for non-native speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online instruction in various subjects (e.g. math, science, language arts) to students in a one-on-one or group setting
- Develop lesson plans and materials tailored to the individual needs of each student
- Utilize various teaching methods and tools to engage students and facilitate learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure a positive learning experience for all students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher in a classroom or online setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge in at least one subject area (e.g. math, science, language arts)
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
