Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager with experience in Indian cuisine to join our team in Akron. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing a team of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including finances, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients for our dishes.
- Create new menu items and adjust current offerings based on customer feedback.
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to multitask, delegate tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Akron (accommodation provided)
