Sales Representative
We are searching for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team in Nakuru. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Keep updated on industry trends, competition, and new products or services in order to effectively sell our offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the sales industry
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while also being an effective team player
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
Salary: 1100$ per month (plus commission)
