Floral Designer/Arranger - Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer/Arranger to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a leading florist in the city, we specialize in designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, funerals, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs for clients based on their preferences and event theme
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers or importers
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative items
- Provide excellent customer service by consulting with clients and offering suggestions for their floral needs
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new materials when necessary
- Ensure proper care of flowers to maintain their freshness and quality
- Deliver floral arrangements to clients in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer/Arranger is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and seasonal availability
- Creative flair with an eye for color combinations and design aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting of flower arrangements and stand for long periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will vary depending on the number of orders received.
