Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Mauren. Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough analysis of current computer systems and procedures
- Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new processes
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing new systems or system enhancements
- Evaluating the effectiveness of new systems and making necessary adjustments
- Providing technical support to end users and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Documenting system requirements, processes, and changes made for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL) and data analysis tools (Excel)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
