Commercial Architect


We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and possess excellent design and project management skills. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects within budget and on schedule. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that meet their business objectives
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
