Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel services and facilities to potential clients. They will develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to increase sales and revenue for the hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to build relationships with diverse client base
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Triesen (accommodation provided)
Note: This position is open to Nepali nationals only. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport. This is a full-time position. English language skills are not required but would be considered an asset.
