Hotel Sales Manager in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our hotel in Triesen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and achieving sales targets through effective management of the sales team and implementing strategies to attract new business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance and training to ensure high performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build relationships with key clients and maintain existing partnerships
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving overall business goals
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Salary: 1700$ per month
