Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize hotel revenue and market share. You will work closely with the General Manager to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and drive revenue growth for the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and customers
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and maintain regular communication with them
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Identify emerging market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies as needed
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $1500 per month
