Office Assistant

We are hiring an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Create and update records and databases
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
