Office Assistant - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Nepali language is a plus
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
1200$ per month with additional benefits including accommodation.
