Restaurant Manager in Ufa, Philippines

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Ufa. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff management, customer service, and ensuring profitability. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as maintaining a high standard of quality in all areas of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager and possess strong leadership skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with staff and customers, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and have a keen eye for detail. A biometric passport is required for this position.

As this is a contract job, we are looking for someone who is available to work full-time hours on a temporary basis. The salary for this role is 1000$, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.

This position is open to all nationalities; however, we are specifically looking for candidates from the Philippines who have experience working in the restaurant industry. Knowledge of English is preferred but not required.
