Team Lead - Customer Service
As a Team Lead for our Customer Service team in Izhevsk, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives. Your primary role will be to ensure that our customers are receiving the highest level of support and satisfaction. This includes monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing training and development opportunities, and resolving any escalated issues or complaints. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency within the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Izhevsk. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
