Restaurant Manager
A well-established Indian restaurant in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, managing and training staff, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items or special promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience with budgeting and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have own visa to work in Izhevsk
