Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Shan, Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience and does not include accommodation.

As a Senior Architect, your main responsibilities will include developing and presenting design proposals, coordinating with clients and contractors, and overseeing the work of other architects and designers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, adhere to budget constraints, and comply with building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, as well as excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. You should also possess a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Shan, Africa. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applicants from other countries who are willing to relocate.
