Industrial Engineer


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks
- Design layouts for production facilities and equipment to optimize workflow
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes through data analysis and make adjustments as needed
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to promote a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company, along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket.
