Merchandiser - Ajman (Egyptian Nationals)


We are currently hiring a Merchandiser for our company in Ajman, specifically looking for Egyptian nationals. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and strategic manner in retail stores. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies according to company guidelines and objectives
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase products effectively
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained in stores and replenishment is done as needed
- Monitor competitor's products and pricing to make recommendations for improvement
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product placement, availability, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure our products receive optimal visibility and support
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Egyptian national residing in Ajman or willing to relocate at own expense
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for visual displays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with store staff
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical fitness as this job may require standing, lifting, and moving of boxes

Salary:
The salary offered for this position is 900$ per month.
