We are hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail. You must also have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work under pressure. In this role, you will collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure high-quality standards are met. Salary: 1200$

City: Doha

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Creativity and ability to come up with unique dessert ideas
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes or own creative ideas
- Decorate pastries using different types of icings, toppings, and fillings
- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and place orders when necessary
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items based on seasonality or customer preferences
- Ensure all pastry items are presented in an attractive manner before being served
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
