Merchandiser in Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the product inventory and ensuring that our merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify popular products and plan promotions accordingly
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor offerings
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Work closely with store managers to understand customer preferences and adjust merchandise accordingly
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized inventory systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and identifying trends
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
