Facade Engineer/Designer


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer/Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As a key member of our engineering and design department, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and providing technical solutions for facade systems in commercial and residential buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to work on unique and challenging projects, collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing facade systems for commercial and residential buildings, considering structural integrity, energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetic appeal
- Conducting thorough analysis of building designs, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborating with architects to develop design concepts that meet client requirements
- Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for facade systems using CAD software
- Conducting site visits to assess the progress of construction and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Providing technical support during the installation of facade systems
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Wiltz or surrounding areas
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology

Salary: $1800 per month
