Senior Architect (Wiltz, Luxembourg)


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from concept to completion. Your duties will include creating project proposals, developing detailed plans and drawings, and coordinating with contractors and other design professionals. You must have a deep understanding of architectural principles and possess exceptional technical skills in order to meet project deadlines and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Fluent English language skills (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Luxembourg

Responsibilities:
- Develop project proposals based on client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed plans, elevations, sections, and other architectural drawings
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design process
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, techniques, and technology
