IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all areas of our company's information technology operations, including network infrastructure, software development, and technical support. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and leadership roles, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our company's information technology operations
- Develop and maintain network infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning of systems
- Lead software development projects from concept to implementation
- Manage technical support team to provide timely resolution of issues
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends
- Manage budgets for IT projects and equipment purchases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management roles
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, software development, and technical support processes
