Architecture Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to project completion. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in the field and is suitable for male candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using various software programs
- Review and approve designs, materials, and construction methods
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
and materials
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with no English language requirements. Accommodation will not be provided by the company but free visa and ticket will be included as part of the employment package.
