Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects meet quality standards, adhere to budget and timeline constraints, and satisfy client requirements. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans for the growth of the architecture department.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance on project design, construction techniques, and materials selection
- Oversee the development of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Review architectural plans and drawings to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, interior design, and landscape design to ensure project coordination and integration
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and technologies to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Experience working with clients from different backgrounds is preferred

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Vilnius (remote work options available)
