We are currently hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This is a full-time position suitable for men with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site and company regulations
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Complete assignments in a timely manner while ensuring quality work
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure job site safety
- Troubleshoot and repair any equipment malfunctions or issues as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety regulations
