We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from initial concept to final completion. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop project proposals and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Oversee construction progress and ensure that it adheres to the design plans and specifications
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals, delegating tasks as needed
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1200$ per month
