We are in search of a motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, creating attractive product displays, and promoting sales. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintain good relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train store employees on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards for products displays
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Malayalee (preferred)
- Must be able to work on a contract basis with visa sponsorship.
