Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Plan and coordinate architectural projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction to ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to procure materials and services
- Review project drawings and provide feedback for improvements or changes
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project management best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Utena, Pakistan (open to candidates of any nationality)
