Senior Architect - Design & Construction


We are a leading architecture firm based in Akron, looking for a talented Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing design and construction projects from concept to completion. Your role will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and drawings, and overseeing the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
- Excellent communication skills in English (Indian nationality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (includes accommodation)
Location: Akron (relocation assistance available)
