English Tutor



We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Mombasa. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to students of all ages and levels. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that meet the needs of individual students
- Assess students' language proficiency and track their progress
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance learning
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching English as a second language is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques for different learning styles
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
