Entry Level Adjuster - Mombasa, Kenya


We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Adjuster in Mombasa, Kenya. As an adjuster, you will work closely with insurance companies and clients to investigate and assess claims related to property damage, injury, or liability. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence to determine the validity and amount of insurance claims
- Analyze policy coverage and determine the extent of insurance company liability
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in a claim
- Review medical and police reports, photographs, and other documentation related to a claim
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for claim resolution
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Keep accurate records of all investigations and activities related to a claim

Requirements:
- No prior experience in adjusting is required for this entry-level position
- Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for accurately assessing claims
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work full-time without the need for accommodation or sponsorship
