Administrative Assistant - Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing the office calendar, maintaining files and records, and coordinating office activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- High level of professionalism with a customer service mindset
Salary: 1400$ per month
Location: Salalah, Oman
Preference: This position is open to both Indian and African nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
