Administrator
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee records management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
